Key Responsibilities: Create, schedule, and publish regular posts on the company's LinkedIn page to build brand awareness and engagement. Collaborate with internal teams (HR, sales, and delivery) to develop relevant content showcasing company achievements, job openings, case studies, and culture. Monitor and report on LinkedIn analytics to optimize engagement and reach. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices in web content and blog posts. Help improve website visibility on search engines by optimizing on-page elements (meta tags, internal linking, headings, etc.). Assist in link-building activities and managing off-page SEO campaigns. Track and report SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush or Ahrefs. Keep up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and LinkedIn/SEO best practices. Required Skills: Proven experience (0–1 years) in LinkedIn post management and SEO strategies. Good understanding of content marketing and social media trends. Basic knowledge of Google Analytics , Search Console , SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc.). Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience in Canva or similar tools for designing posts is a plus. Responsibilities: Identify and engage direct clients for IT staffing opportunities. Leverage existing client relationships to generate new business. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of roles. Negotiate and close agreements with client stakeholders. Requirements: Strong working experience in IT staffing business development. Active portfolio of direct client contacts in the India, UK & USA. Strong understanding of staffing life cycle and technical hiring needs. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working.
