Job Title Sr. Business Development Experience PURPOSE OF THE JOB Responsible for leading and managing all sales operations and oversees activities of the junior sales management team, to grow incremental and new sales for the business while simultaneously reducing customer turnover. JOB RESPONSIBILITY New Business Development Achieve growth and hit sales targets (revenue and GP) for assigned region QoQ /YoY. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence. Driving the inside sales team to create more leads, funnels and ensure these funnels are getting converted into orders. Proactively working on new business development opportunities, exploring partnering opportunities to create new opportunities to acquire new business and customers. Responsible for New order booking and payment collection of the entire region. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships on behalf of the sales department and the business as a whole by being attentive, service-oriented, friendly, helpful, and courteous to customers, colleagues, external partners, and so forth. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with End customers, OEMs and partner Eco system. Following procedures and system Conducting research and performing analyses on the performance of the sales department ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to senior management. Identifying areas of improvement in the business marketing strategies, identifying opportunities and understanding the market and competitive environment. Assesses the amount of resources required by the sales department in order to achieve optimal performance, leading to financial benefit for the business. Tracking sales activities and creating reports and share to senior sales management for use in strategic decision making. Present sales, revenue and GP reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Collaboration: Partnering with the marketing department in ensuring that strategies and objectives are aligned, ensuring that marketing initiatives support sales efforts and that these strategies are all aligned to the businesss overall objectives. Co-ordinating and working along with Presales, project delivery and customer support team to ensure projects are delivered as per the commitment. TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED Must be a go getter and hunter, Sales and customer acquisition must be the primary skill candidate should possess. Must be driven by sales number and targets, Able to accurately forecast sales predictions, Defining, implementing (and innovating) sales plans SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED: Outstanding negotiation and communication skills, must understand business policies, good at report preparations and presentations, Ability to recruit right team, train, coach and mentor them. Must have excellent people management skill. EXPERIENCE RANGE: (IN YRS)Min 2 Year to Max 6 Years EDUCATION QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: BBA/ MBA in Marketing or Business administration. AV Support Engineer Location: Ahmedabad Experience:2-7 years Salary: up to 50K CTC Job Summary: We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused AV Support Engineer to provide support and maintenance for our audio-visual systems. This role will be responsible for the setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV equipment for meetings, events, and day-to-day office use. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AV technologies and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain AV equipment including projectors, microphones, video conferencing systems, speakers, control systems, and displays. Provide live support for in-person and hybrid meetings, ensuring seamless AV performance. Troubleshoot AV system issues quickly and effectively, escalating when needed. Support the deployment and maintenance of video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, etc.). Maintain AV inventory and ensure all equipment is functional and up to date. Perform routine maintenance and firmware updates on AV systems. Document procedures, technical notes, and system configurations. Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and external vendors for AV projects and upgrades. Provide user training and support for conference room technology and AV tools. Monitor and ensure compliance with AV security and usage policies.. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in AV support or a related technical role. Strong knowledge of AV hardware (Crestron, Extron, Poly, Logitech, etc.). Experience with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, etc.). Understanding of networking as it relates to AV systems (IP-based control, streaming, etc.). Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation.
