JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: International B2B Sales Executive – Voice Process (US Market) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, INDIA Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Compensation: Best in the industry + Uncapped Incentives Job Summary: We are looking for a highly driven International Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B (Business-to-Business) sales to join our team. This is a voice-based sales role ideal for individuals who excel at building relationships, closing deals, and working in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential business clients through research, outbound calls, and professional networking. Present solutions tailored to the needs of B2B clients. Build long-term, value-based relationships with decision-makers across various industries. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with business clients to close deals. Stay informed about competitor offerings and industry developments to position our services effectively. Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market insights to the leadership team. Key Requirements: Proven B2B sales experience , preferably in an international or US market setting. Experience in outbound voice processes (International BPO preferred). Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written. Strong consultative selling skills and ability to handle objections professionally.
