The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including handling departmental bills, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day office operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma ; a degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or Accounting is preferred. 1–3 years of experience in clerical, administrative, or billing roles. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive financial documents confidentially.
