Role Objective: The Sales Executive / Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, managing sales cycles, and closing deals for MetaForData’s services and SaaS product offerings. This individual will play a key role in scaling our enterprise client base across targeted verticals (BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, etc.). Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Prospecting: • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound strategies (LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns). • Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing, events, and product demo requests. Client Engagement & Sales: • Pitch MetaForData’s service offerings and SaaS and PaaS offering to CXOs, VPs, and decision-makers. • Conduct discovery calls, gather client requirements, and map to solution offerings. • Customize proposals, presentations, and pricing aligned with client needs and ROI. Relationship Management: • Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. • Act as a point of contact for customer queries, escalations, and engagement follow-ups. • Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Collaboration & Reporting: • Coordinate with technical pre-sales, delivery teams, and product managers to craft winning pitches. • Maintain and update CRM with leads, pipeline status, and sales activities. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Market Intelligence: • Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback. • Share insights with leadership to shape offerings and strategy. Desired Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: 2–6 years in IT/Technology sales or business development. SaaS or B2B consulting experience preferred. • Education: Graduate in Engineering, Business, or related fields. MBA preferred. • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of at least two of the following – Cloud (AWS, Azure), Data Engineering, RPA/IPA, Analytics, AI/ML. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to create compelling pitch decks and proposals. • CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent). • Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented. • Willingness to travel (if required) for client meetings and events.
