Key Responsibilities: Conduct tele-calling to connect with potential clients and explain our services. Generate new leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and other marketing strategies. Maintain and update client database regularly. Communicate effectively with clients in Malayalam and English. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities. Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth. Provide regular feedback and market insights to the team.

Research and write academic content including: Dissertations (proposal, literature review, methodology, analysis, conclusion) Essays, case studies, reports, and coursework Annotated bibliographies and reflective journals Ensure adherence to academic writing standards, referencing styles (APA, MLA, Harvard, Chicago, etc.), and plagiarism-free content Communicate with internal teams to clarify assignment requirements and deadlines Conduct secondary research using academic databases and online journals Edit and revise content as per client or quality team feedback Meet strict deadlines while maintaining quality standards
