Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment (e.g., panels, wiring, circuit breakers, switches, lighting).
Install, test, and commission electrical components as per design and safety standards.
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electrical systems and repair as needed.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts.
Assist in the inspection and testing of fire alarm, emergency lighting, and other critical MEP systems.
Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing teams for integrated MEP operations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory codes during all tasks.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and on-call duties when required

Preferred candidate profile

Should be Graduate
Must have experience in Real Estate
