From boutique wellness retreats to hydrotherapy centres, we collaborate with hotels, resorts, and developers to bring concepts to life with deep intention and operational efficiency. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Delhi. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, managing client accounts, and understanding client needs. This role involves regular client interaction, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Attend incoming calls and make outbound follow-up calls with professionalism Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities Proven experience in client relationship management or a related field Ability to understand and fulfil client needs Organisational and time-management skills Experience in the hospitality or wellness industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field ( Open to undergraduate applicants )
