Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Promote & Sell infection control & hygiene products to Healthcare & related sectors
Identify & engage key decision makers, including IC committee, microbiologist, hospital admins & procurement team.
Conduct product demo & trials
Achieve monthly sales targets & contribute to business growth as per plan
Build & maintain strong relationship with key decision makers
Provide technical information, usage & benefit matrix to customers DMU
Address customer concerns & ensure after sales support
Conduct training & other engagement programs at customer site
Gather market intelligence & build customer database, monthly sales reports
Ensure smooth supply, customer retention & monthly repetition of orders.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, microbiology, biotechnology or any related field. MBA not mandatory.
Experience: 2 – 3 years in healthcare industry, preferably in infection control or medical devices or medical consumables
Other: Language proficiency, well groomed & own vehicle is must.
Skills:

Strong sales & negotiation skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Understanding of infection control principles & familiar with healthcare industry purchase process
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Own vehicle mandatory
