Medical Receptionist

We are a prominent diagnostic laboratory chain with accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals (NABH). Our branches in Pothencode, Kanyakulangara, Venjaramood, and Kallara offer a diverse range of affordable laboratory tests covering various medical disciplines such as Clinical Biochemistry, Haematology, Clinical Pathology, Microbiology, and specialized tests. We are seeking smart, adaptive, and confident candidates preferably with some experience in the medical field. Candidates should be willing to undergo an unpaid training period of at least one month if they lack prior experience. Responsibilities include participating in the day-to-day operations, demonstrating a willingness to learn, taking on additional responsibilities when required, and providing home collection services. Candidates should uphold safety standards and maintain quality registers. Prior experience of at least 1 year is preferred, and owning a two-wheeler with a valid license is advantageous. Applicants must be willing to commute to any of our branches, as we do not provide hostel facilities. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and leave encashment. The job involves working in day, evening, morning, and rotational shifts. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, fluency in Malayalam and English, and be willing to commute to any of our branches.
