Ro Work with maintenance supervisors to achieve process plant equipment efficiency and availability Build, develops and manages mechanical team capable of carrying out needed engineering initiatives Assist in conducting failure analysis studies and recommend alternative strategies for maintenance Assist or liaise with Administrative Coordinator in communicating maintenance mission, vision, goals and objective to maintenance workforce Contribute to a climate of mutual respect, team spirit and team identity Must be Locomotive qualified inspector, STOC & Track mobile certified, Qualifications and seniority to govern National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Typically 8 years relevant experience (preferably in petrochemical environment) Preferred 5 years Extrusion plant experience Preferred if applicant has some leadership experience Advise superintendents and/or project management of potential problems, work interference, and schedule difficulties le & responsibilities: Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role. Preferred candidate profile: Specify required role expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications.
