Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Candidate must have hands on Experience in
Control panel industry
Develop mechanical designs for control panel enclosures, mounting systems, and associated components and complete bill of materials for structures.
Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
Ensure designs meet industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. Customer handling for drawing approval.
Perform tolerance analysis and material selection for various mechanical components Preparation of Fabrication & Busbar Drawing.
Create revenue from customer where warranty clause completed
Planning of Raw materials likes Sheet metal, Aluminium, Copper and Busbar Supports
Development of cost-effective design.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback on design improvements.
Ensure all design documents are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards
Preferred candidate profile
2+ years of experience in control panel design.
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in Auto CAD, PLC, Solid works and Campath or any TPP software
Hands on experience in LT & HT panels Board Manufacturing field
