Role & responsibilities Managing Automation TPM activity. Lead the team of engineers responsible for preventive breakdown maintenance of production Machines. MTTR & MTBF. OEE of Equipments. Oversee the integration of pneumatic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical systems in automation equipment. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering , Mechatronics , or related field. Minimum 8–12 years of experience in automation/maintenance/project engineering , especially in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or precision manufacturing . Strong knowledge of SPM , pneumatic control systems, motion systems, and mechanical fixtures .
