Job Summary We are seeking a Power BI Developer with experience in building robust reporting solutions for finance, HR, operations, and academic performance. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in creating secure, scalable, and interactive dashboards, working with multiple data sources, and implementing role-based access control in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Develop interactive dashboards and automated reports for finance, HR, operations, and academic metrics. Build and manage centralized data models using DAX, Power Query, and ETL tools. Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) for role-based access and data visibility. Integrate and transform data from sources such as SIS , HRIS , Excel , and public data APIs . Design reports with support for COA codes , performance KPIs, and benchmarking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, HR, IT, and leadership. Prepare training materials , data dictionaries, and documentation for handoff. Support UAT, feedback incorporation , and final deployment. Requirements 1+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience. Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling .
