Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Teach Mathematics to students of Grade 9 and 10, following the CBSE curriculum.
Deliver engaging and concept-based lessons, with an emphasis on conceptual clarity and real-life application.
Support in teaching foundational concepts of Physics and Chemistry as required.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, tests, and projects aligned with CBSE guidelines.
Conduct regular assessments and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
Identify student learning gaps and provide additional support or remedial classes.
Maintain discipline in the classroom and create a safe, positive learning environment.
Collaborate with other faculty members for interdisciplinary learning and activities.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and staff development programs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Mathematics or a relevant subject (B.Ed preferred).
2–5 years of teaching experience at the secondary level (Grade 9–10), preferably in CBSE schools.
Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and basic understanding of Physics and Chemistry.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching and ability to connect with students.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology is an advantage.
Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to academic excellence.
