Marketing & Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field (outside) marketing, strong knowledge of digital marketing, and the ability to manage social media platforms effectively. This role demands someone who can blend traditional marketing strategies with modern digital tools to drive brand visibility and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outside/field marketing activities including client visits, market surveys, and participation in industry events and exhibitions.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, email marketing, and SEO/SEM efforts.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) through content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to align marketing strategies and drive lead generation.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials like brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional content.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in field/outside marketing and digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Familiarity with construction/real estate industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
