As a Marketing Manager , you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for developing and executing compelling property-level communications and marketing strategies. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will champion our brand messaging across traditional, digital, and social media channels to enhance the hotel's image, drive consumer awareness, increase market share, and significantly contribute to our sales and revenue goals, with a special focus on Food & Beverage promotions. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing & Advertising: Execute the annual marketing plan within budget, collaborating with the General Manager, F&B leadership, Operations, Director of Marketing Communications, and cluster marketing/eCommerce teams. Partner with Operations, F&B, and Sales to run targeted promotions and campaigns for in-house guests, driving incremental revenue. Act as the primary liaison between the marketing department and advertising agencies for tactical campaigns, especially for F&B promotions, ensuring timely settlement of accounts. Work with Revenue Management to ensure accurate offer loading and targeted advertising for relevant consumer groups. Execute email marketing and display advertising initiatives. Maintain active engagement with the Cluster eCommerce Manager to ensure alignment and effective online program performance. Ensure all digital advertising aligns with the brand voice. Social Media & Online Reputation Management: Facilitate strong social media engagement and maintain updated content on local digital channels (e.g., hotel website, travel sites). Develop and execute promotions across F&B, weddings, spa, rooms, and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels. Proactively manage online reputation by monitoring guest comments (positive and negative) on social media and responding appropriately. Public Relations & Visual Asset Management: Develop and execute comprehensive quarterly PR plans in collaboration with agencies, following GM approval. Maintain an updated list of local media contacts, specifically food critics and bloggers. Manage assigned media accounts and oversee the writing and distribution of press releases for property events, promotions, and outlets. Coordinate hotel-sponsored events, community/government relations, and press promotional activities. Support impactful PR strategies to secure quality press coverage through media engagement. Ensure monthly news clipping and online/print/social media mention reports are completed and distributed. Manage external vendors and media agencies, identifying strategic media buys. Coordinate photography for F&B advertising, collateral, and PR, ensuring adherence to brand voice. Direct Marketing & Collateral Development: Coordinate and execute the production of all Hotel and F&B printed materials. Manage the inventory of all hotel marketing collateral, ensuring proper filing. Assist in producing all property, F&B display, and temporary signage in public areas. Oversee the execution of F&B direct marketing activities. Ensure all collateral adheres to brand standard guidelines and BSA compliance. General Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of all communications activities, with a strong emphasis on property F&B promotions and campaigns. Contribute to the publication of hotel newsletters. Support additional communications duties as needed. Assist in coordinating and executing joint F&B promotions. Collaborate with eCommerce to ensure the hotel's website and related platforms are regularly updated. Partner with the Director of Marketing to create marketing plans aligned with hotel sales and revenue strategies. Provide marketing training and act as a subject matter expert for General Managers, Sales Leaders, Managers, and Revenue leaders. Coordinate with property and above-property eCommerce and Revenue Management teams to report on marketing and eCommerce performance. Stay informed about competitor activities, collateral, advertising, and evolving digital/marketing trends. Candidate Profile: Education and Experience: Required: 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related major, plus 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital, or a related professional area. Hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience is preferred. OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related major, plus 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital, or a related professional area. Hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience is preferred.
