Job Description

Key Responsibilities: In-store Marketing & Promotions

Coordinate and execute monthly in-store/online promotional campaigns and activations
Coordinate with vendors for in-store branding materials (standees, posters, signage, etc.)
Plan and publish regular content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
Track leads generated via online ads and support store team in conversion
Support marketing team with field research/competitor analysis at the store level as well as during relevant events.
Build and maintain relationships with local media, bloggers, Influencers and event partners

Customer Engagement & CRM

Collect and manage customer feedback and testimonials

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain reports on campaign performance, ROI, and store footfall

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, design, logistics) to support marketing needs

Monitor competitors’ activities and suggest improvements

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in retail marketing (furniture/home décor preferred)
Strong communication and copywriting skills
Hands-on experience with Canva, Google Forms, Meta Ads, and basic Excel
Ability to multitask, manage vendors, and meet tight deadlines
Passion for design, interiors, and home lifestyle trends is a plus

Comfortable with fieldwork and weekend events when required

Pay: ₹8,944.99 - ₹32,136.22 per month
