Manual Tester - Mid Level

Job description We are seeking a experienced Manual QA Tester with 3+ years of strong expertise in end-to-end quality assurance practices. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the software testing lifecycle and hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, and unit testing support. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications. Identify and Document the QA Processes. Tracking Quality Assurance Metrics. Ability to Own the delivery from QA perspective. Perform end-to-end testing to ensure the functionality and stability of applications. Conduct regression testing to verify application behavior post-deployment or after code changes. Collaborate with developers to understand unit test coverage and ensure test scenarios are aligned. Identify, document, and track defects; assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Review and provide feedback on business and functional requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, BAs, and PMs to ensure quality at every stage of the SDLC. Contribute to QA process improvements and test documentation standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Manual QA testing. Strong understanding of end-to-end QA processes and methodologies. Experience with regression testing, functional testing, integration testing, and awareness of unit testing practices. Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar. Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred: Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus. Domain knowledge in [Banking/Healthcare/Telecom/etc.], if applicable.
