Job Description

Job Title: QA Engineer 2+ years of experience Location: Bengaluru, Work from Office Job Overview: As a QA Engineer focused on Onboarding Integration, you will be responsible for validating and verifying new customer integrations across multiple environments. You will ensure the integrity of analytics, website UI/UX, website functionality, and backend APIs. This role demands hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing, an eye for detail, and the ability to troubleshoot across the tech stack. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute detailed test cases for UI, functionality, and API validation. Perform QA across multiple staging and production environments, ensuring consistency and accuracy in customer integrations. Validate website analytics and event tracking, ensuring proper data flow and metrics collection. Test across a matrix of browsers, devices, and OS platforms to ensure optimal customer experience. Conduct manual testing and contribute to automation suites for frontend components. Perform defect reporting, sanity checks, regression, and integration testing. Work closely with developers, Technical Project Managers (TPMs), and onboarding teams to maintain release quality and ensure smooth integrations. Take ownership of integration QA processes and act as a quality gate for customer rollouts. Must-Have Qualifications: Proven experience in manual and automation testing in a web-based product environment. Strong understanding of test case design and execution. Hands-on experience testing APIs. Solid understanding of Selenium automation framework and browser automation. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments across multiple environments and releases. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to own the QA process from requirement understanding to sign-off. Good to Have: Experience in designing or contributing to automation frameworks. Exposure to e-commerce platforms is a plus.
