Responsible for the development of Oil & fuel filtration. Responsible for capturing customer specific requirements (CSR). Responsible to generate Design Specific Requirement (DSR) with the support from Lead product Engg. / Team Leader. Contribute in the development of the Engineering Layouts and Technical calculations. Responsible to perform Technical Change Management (TCM) activities with support from Lead Engg. / Team Leader Responsible for creating Test Order and generating test reports in co-ordination with the test lab. Responsible to prepare and maintain the technical documentation of the projects in CIM Database as per xSEP and Engg. Workflow requirements. Responsible for In-process (IP) testing with generation of test order and reports from serial production parts in co-ordination with Plant quality. Coordination with M+H test location for testing feasibility and test cost estimation. To prepare design validation plan (DVP) and product validation plan (PVP) and associate validation cost. Support Function Participate in the functional review and DFMEA reviews. To coordinate with test lab and check for testing feasibility and co-ordination for test results. Works with cross functional teams to evaluate specifications to determine testing feasibility, if necessary propose alternate test methods for parts qualification. Participate and support production during the serial production. Support Team leader / LPE during PPAP and audits.
