We have bought the flat in Mangalm Arpan and services r too bad here and after delivered the project builder doesn’t care about the residents. Site manager doesn’t know his job even never give any solution even talk with the resident too rudely. I will never recommend Mangalm group to anyone. Never buy a property in Manglam Group.

Casa Amora , Phase 3 , EFG Block . Mostly upper Flat are facing Water leakages. Rooms. Bathroom and Balcony. Manglam Builder does have any supervision. All substandard work has been took Place.
