Job Title: Data Entry Operator (Female Candidates Only) Location: Udhyog Nagar, Partapur Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person, Only for Female candidate Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Schedule: Day Shift Job Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating various types of data into our computer systems and databases. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our organization's information. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry: Accurately input data from various sources, including paper documents, digital files, and online forms. Ensure data is entered correctly, following established formats and guidelines. Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before finalizing input. Data Validation: Review and cross-check data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information. Identify and resolve any data quality issues promptly. Implement quality control measures to maintain data accuracy. Data Organization: Organize and maintain electronic and paper records for easy retrieval. Develop and maintain efficient filing systems. Ensure data is accessible and secure. Reporting: Generate reports and summaries as required, using data analysis tools if necessary. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. Compliance: Follow company policies and procedures related to data handling and storage. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy. Meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets). Ability to identify and resolve data entry issues. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi. Minimum educational requirement: Graduate degree. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data entry software or databases. Ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Working Conditions: Work is performed in an office setting. May involve repetitive tasks and prolonged computer use. Note: This position is open to female candidates only , as per organizational requirements. Job Title: Human Resource Executive Location: Meerut Department: Human Resources Reporting to: Director Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resource Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will take primary ownership of the recruitment and hiring process , while also supporting key HR functions such as onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and record management. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Hiring (Primary Responsibility): Understand manpower requirements from department heads and plan recruitment accordingly. Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., Naukri, Indeed etc.). Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with line managers for final interviews. Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Conduct background checks and reference verifications. Onboarding & Induction: Prepare offer letters and employment contracts. Conduct joining formalities and orientation for new employees. Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization. Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date employee files and HR records, both digital and physical. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Support in managing attendance, leave records, and statutory documentation (PF, ESI, etc.). Employee Engagement & Communication: Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Performance & Support: Assist in tracking probation reviews, confirmations, and appraisals. Coordinate with department heads for feedback on employee performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with strong recruitment exposure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with HR software/tools and recruitment portals. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
