Manager / Sr. Manager - Liaison

Handling the entire Commercial, PR & Relationship Management, Statutory Compliance Mgt., Cost Management & MIS, Industrial Laws, Site Management & General Administrative matters pertaining to the new project.

Obtaining NOC / Registrations/ Approvals/ Licenses from respective State Punjab & Central Govt./ Semi-govt. bodies/ local authorities and responsible for Statutory Compliance Management. Keeping liaison with state and central govt. authorities, Industries Department, Forest and Environment Authorities, Pollution Control Board , Labour Department,

Handling Land acquisition for the project, Conversion, Mutation and allied matters.

Taking up the major policy issues for the Group Companies through Industry Association. Representing the Company in various meetings, conferences/seminars organized by different Industry Associations such as Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), FICCI, ASSOCHAM, FIMI and other Business Associations.

Corporate Affairs & Relationship Management :-

Interfacing with the Central and Punjab State Governments as an umbilical cord with ministries, bureaucracy and the corporate.

Managing team members, Counselling and Guidance.

Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst Team members.

Taking escalations and undertaking heat checks for each resolved calls and logging the case.

Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

Lobbying through Trade and Industry Associations

Should be graduate in any stream.

Should have good exposure in Liaison / Corporate Affairs.
