• Power Plant, SMS, Rolling Mill, DRI-Plant, Plant and PGP.

• Intake Well & pump house, Raw/treated Water pipe line, Water reservoirs, Water Treatment plant, Ash dykes and industrial piping.

• Infrastructure projects, roads & drainage system/ housing colonies/ guest house/ office buildings etc.

• Rich Experience in leading & delivering end-to end EPCM project service including engineering co-ordination, value engineering, construction & operational safety integration at design stage, benchmarking with the global engineering and cost analysis, scoping, planning & scheduling, contract management, modern safe benchmarked construction & installation practices implementation, spearheading projects Cost and resource optimization, Quality & HSE Management, talent identification, onboarding, project team development and seamless integration and Team Management

• Conceptualize the detailed project reports; take off documents, Project execution programme after thorough discussion with clients, site selection, and project evaluation in terms of outlays.

• Plan schedules for execution of structures using conventional and specialized form work.

• Design and detailing of buildings, machine foundations and industrial structures. STAAD PRO Knowledge

Project Planning & Management :-

• Managing overall operations for executing projects related to construction of Power Plants, Steel Plants, various buildings (including high rise buildings with basement), MS/DI/GI pipelines, Treatment Plants, & Roads within cost & time parameters (Responsible for top line and bottom line).

• Monitoring projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, time over-runs to ensure timely execution of projects.

• Preparing and monitoring Macro/Micro Level Project Schedules.

Strategic Planning :-

• Establishing short / long term budgets in tune with the corporate strategies for achieving business growth.

• Analyzing & reviewing the requirements and communicating the same to the project teams for accomplishment of the business goals.

Site & Construction Management :-

• Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise the output.

• Review of engineering drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates for change orders, review & analyze contractor's change order proposals & submittals.

• Inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate condition and operability of facilities and structures, and to collect field survey data and measurements.

Materials Management :-

• Directing the development and implementation of key procurement strategies / contingency plans and ensuring that strategies & plans are aligned with project requirements.

• Developing long-term partnerships with suppliers; managing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery and quality norms.

Commercial Operations / Coordination :-

• Managing the tendering process from floating of bids & tenders to awarding of contracts; coordinating with contractors with regard to techno-commercial negotiations.

• Conducting meetings with client & consultant on contractual matters regarding progress of works, claim situations and other construction issues.

• Liaising with Government agencies for obtaining various approvals / clearances
