Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in
Air Freight or Ocean Freight
verticals.
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while driving revenue and profitability.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company pricing and margin targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth areas.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pricing, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding (Air or Ocean Freight).
Strong network within the logistics and shipping industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred:

Experience handling large multinational or key accounts.
Understanding of customs clearance, documentation, and international trade compliance.
