We require experienced MOD (Manager on duty) for Rama Hospital at Mandhana Kanpur. Ideal & dynamic candidate should has the experience in good hospitals in Operational Supervision: Oversee ward or floor operations to ensure efficient workflow across departments Patient Care: Address patient queries, grievances, and ensure they receive prompt attention and care from hospital staff. Staff Coordination: Coordinate with nursing staff, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to resolve issues and improve service delivery. Crisis Management: Act as the first point of contact for any emergency situations or urgent matters within the hospital. Resource Management: Ensure that hospital resources, including equipment and supplies, are adequately managed and available for smooth operations. Compliance: Ensure that all hospital activities comply with internal policies, healthcare regulations, and safety standards at Rama Hospital. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on hospital operations, patient feedback, and other key metrics to senior management. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to hospital staff, including training and mentoring, to improve overall performance. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational challenges in real-time to ensure continuous hospital functioning. Patient Satisfaction: Lead initiatives to enhance patient experience and satisfaction at Rama Hospital.
