Manager-Network Infrastructure Planning, Engineering & Implementation

Key Accountabilities

1. Network Planning, Solution/Design Architecture Finalization and Documentation like Generic requirement, HLD/LLD etc
2. Multi Vendor and multi-technology Technical Evaluation, BoQ/SoQ & Vendor finalization, POC Evaluation

3. End to End Project management for Network Implementation, Testing and Handover as per HLD/LLD
4. Network Budget preparation & approval

5. Vendor Management & Outsourcing

6. Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure/solutions (Azure, GCP and on-premises)

7. Able to analyze network performance, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions to improve network efficiency, capacity, and reliability

1.No. of network planning & Design/Architecture documents released

2.No. of POC completed

3.Successful Implementation of Network solution within defined Timelines

4.Successful Implementation of Data management solutions

Key Skills and Competencies

1.Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including but not limited to TCP/IP, routing, switching, wireless networks, and network security.

2.In-depth Experience in planning, implementation, operations & management of data networks and services in large service provider environment

3.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

4.Ability to analyze network performance data, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvement 5.Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural competence

B.E

Any other certifications

CCNP, CCIE or equivalent preferred

Any specific work experience

Experience in managing multi service & multivendor (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba etc.) data network and Data Management solutions
