Overview:
The Maintenance Technician/Manager is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks to ensure that all equipment, systems, and buildings are in working order. This role involves identifying maintenance needs, executing repairs, and performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure the safety and efficiency of operations.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine inspections and repairs on equipment and machinery.Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.Maintain accurate maintenance records and report issues to management.Oversee external vendors and contractors as necessary.Respond to emergency maintenance requests.Coordinate and perform preventive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime
