Roles and Responsibilities Manage maintenance activities for mall properties, including building management systems (BMS), lifts, HVAC, plumbing, electricals, and other critical equipment. Oversee daily operations of facilities such as air conditioning, chillers, refrigeration units, firefighting systems, and security measures. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards by conducting regular inspections and audits. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance work to minimize downtime. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns.
