We require an experienced Bakery Manager to lead our bakery operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for customers. As a Manager, you will be responsible for employee training, performance management, customer relations, and compliance functions within the company. You will be responsible for day to business activities held and maintaining stocks and supply. Key Responsibilities: • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and work to resolve conflicts or issues in a professional manner. • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, employee feedback processes • Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws, and help develop policies to maintain an ethical and legal workplace environment. • Employee Engagement & Retention: Create initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and high employee retention rates. • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery, including managing the sales process, inventory, and stock levels. • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate bakery staff, ensuring a high level of customer service. • Inventory and Supply Management Reports: Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies reports as needed, ensuring the bakery has everything required for production.
