Responsibilities Salesforce Data Management & Opportunity Tracking Opportunity Creation & Status Updates Ensure every enquiry progresses to an opportunity with the right stage (e.g., New, Quotation Sent, Negotiation, Won/Lost). Regularly follow up with the sales team to update opportunity stages to reflect real-time progress. Data Accuracy & Completeness Maintain up-to-date customer details, contact information, and product interest in Salesforce. Ensure key opportunity fields (expected close date, deal value, probability, and next action) are always populated. Proactive Follow-Ups Send reminders to the sales team for pending updates on open enquiries. Follow up on pending quotations to track customer responses and feedback. Lost Enquiry Prevention Monitor dormant enquiries and escalate to the sales team if no activity is recorded within a set timeframe. Identify opportunities stuck in a particular stage for too long and take action to move them forward. Dashboard & Reporting 6. Maintaining a Clean Dashboard Regularly review open opportunities to ensure no duplicate or outdated entries exist. Close lost opportunities with proper reasons to maintain data accuracy. 7. Sales Insights & Reports Highlight any bottlenecks or delays in enquiry handling for Team leader / management review. Collaboration & Improvement 8. Customer Follow-ups for Order Confirmation Assist in follow-ups post-order confirmation to ensure smooth execution and timely deliveries.
