Ensure production area is safe to work, productive and has required inventory. Maintain production machines and equipments. Creating a production schedule. Training new employees. Scheduling regular maintenance for equipment. Discussing budget expectations with clients. Purchasing the required materials. Ensuring that health and safety protocols are adhered to. Understanding requirement & collecting technical inputs from the customer either by visiting to customer premises for detailed study of their requirement or discussing over telephone, email. Discussing internally with Design and Materials dept. about the costing, technical feasibility of the same before submitting the techno-commercial offer. Submitting techno-commercial offer based on the customer requirement & attending Commercial Negotiation meetings with customer and converting the prospects into orders. Interaction with production and other order handing team for on time delivery of project. Follow up with customer for payment as per payment terms mutually agreed. Product Feedback and After Sales Service.
