We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mid-Level PHP Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP development, a solid understanding of web technologies, and experience with modern PHP frameworks. You will work closely with our development team to build and maintain high-quality web applications. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and related technologies. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Write well-structured, efficient, and reusable code. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, designing, coding, testing, and deployment. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing applications. Follow industry best practices and maintain a high standard of code quality. Contribute to the design and architecture of new features and applications. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support. Requirements Proven experience as a PHP Developer, with a minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience. Strong proficiency in PHP and in-depth knowledge of at least one modern PHP f ramework (e.g., Laravel , CodeIgniter). Solid understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Experience with MySQL or other relational databases. Must have experience in Mongo DB, Redis, Elastic Search & Memcache. Key Responsibilities:- Plan, create, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Conduct keyword and audience research to identify the best targeting strategies. Write compelling ad copies and work with creative teams for ad visuals and video creatives. Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. Set up and manage conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Events Manager. Perform A/B testing of ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance. Create and share detailed performance reports weekly and monthly with insights and recommendations. Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and PPC best practices. Manage budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in running both Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio. Attention to detail, excellent communication, and time management skills.
