Role & responsibilities

Looking exp around 8+ Year in

• bachelors degree or at least 3-5 years of experience in mainframe and non-mainframe application programming

• sound understanding of IBM parallel sysplex principles
• excellent knowledge in zOS operating systems architecture, design and implementation
• excellent knowledge and experience in Db2, CICS and MQ application programming
• sound skills in TSO/ISPF and zOS operating system JCL
• sound knowledge in DevOps and cloud stack technologies like Gitlab
• experience in designing, planning and delivering application infrastructure solutions in a large scale enterprise environment aligned to agile processes
• skills in programming languages, e.g. Cobol, ASM, C/C++, Java, maybe Python
• sound understanding of Webservices, REST
• hands on experience and technical knowledge of cloud concepts (Azure, AWS), API frameworks & container technologies
• passionate to work on a technical level providing business application friendly solutions to ensure we maximize efficiency, system stability and availability
• committed and visionary team player with analytical and logical mind-set
• Well organized with an innate sense of how to prioritize work across a complex environment in a demanding Pod
• hands-on person with natural instincts and leadership to support our customers
• ability to identify application middleware improvements and to derive end users application benefits and translate them into tangible outcomes
• applications integration for complex enterprise including Cloud native, Hybrid and On-Prem environments
• curious, collaborative and constantly interested in learning new things
• powerful collaboration abilities and demonstrable ability to juggle multiple demands, deliverables and priorities
• excellent communication skills to ensure clear and concise dialogue globally with peers and stakeholders
