We’re looking for a Senior Lighting Designer to join our studio who is creative, passionate towards lighting design, and proactive. Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to develop lighting design solutions. Create photoshop renders & presentations/mood-boards. Create lighting layouts/details on Autocad/ Revit Creative communication & engagements with the team and clients. Attending site visits & consultation meetings whenever required. Skills & Experience Ideal candidate should have a background in the design field (Architecture/ Interior Design/ Product Design, etc.) Should’ve worked independently or with a lighting design consultancy for at least 5-10 years. In-depth knowledge of lighting fixtures & their application. Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Office Suite, Dialux. Attention to detail & Out of the box thinking. Strong communication & Project Management Skills. As a Lighting Designer, they will be responsible for providing expert advice and suggestions regarding lighting solutions to architects. Your role will involve understanding the specific requirements of each project and offering appropriate lighting recommendations based on the design aesthetic, functionality, and overall ambiance desired. Collaborate with architects and interior designers to understand their project goals, design concepts, and lighting requirements. Provide expert guidance and suggestions on suitable lighting fixtures, designs, and techniques to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of spaces such as bedrooms, living rooms, hallways, etc. Assess the architectural plans and interior design layouts to identify suitable areas for lighting installation, highlighting key features and focal points. Consider the layout, color schemes, furniture arrangements, and overall design elements to suggest lighting solutions that complement and enhance the space. Conduct research on the latest lighting trends, fixtures, and technologies to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and ensure the integration of innovative lighting solutions. Prepare lighting design concepts, including layouts, diagrams, and specifications, to present to clients, architects, and interior designers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Interior Designer, or a related field. Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. As a Home Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining home automation systems using DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface), RF (Radio Frequency), and other related technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of various smart homedevices and systems. Responsibilities:- Design and develop home automation systems using DALI and RF technologies. Collaborate with clients, architects, and interior designers to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions. Set up network infrastructure and wireless communication protocols for smart home integration. Collaborate with electricians and other contractors during the installation process. Create intuitive user interfaces for controlling and monitoring home automation functions. As a Mechanical and Design Engineer at Unilights, your main responsibility will be designing, manufacturing, and installing mechanical components and systems that meet project requirements. You will need to analyze technical issues, develop creative solutions, and ensure that all designs adhere to industry standards. Collaboration with project managers, fellow engineers, and various teams will be essential to successfully bring projects from concept to completion. Your key duties will include designing, manufacturing, and installing mechanical components as per project specifications, troubleshooting technical problems and offering innovative solutions, conducting experiments and tests to enhance product designs, creating detailed plans and designs using CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, estimating project budgets, timelines, and resource needs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and collaborating closely with project managers and cross-functional teams for project success.
