Need to handle escalations.
Legal content writing work

Preferred candidate profile

Should know about response scripting.
Exposure to customize responses
Should be smart enough to identify escalations route & nullify them.
Candidate should be open to working in Night shift & Work from office.
Candidate should be a Graduate in Law Stream.
Freshers are also Welcome.
