Job Description

Role & responsibilities

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The objective of this role is to document and maintain end to end IT processes. To engage with IT functional owners and ensure that documentation is up to date and available for all users. To provide clarity and direction on all IT Processes and facilitate best practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design new processes and develop standard work and redesign of IT processes to improve operational efficiency.
Analyze, implement, and update processes so as to ensure company goals are met.
Analyze the effectiveness of current process in order to develop strategies to improve workflow effectiveness.
Collaborate with IT teams to make sure that all the essential design specifications are documented and implemented with accuracy.
Determine critical root cause analysis to drive strategic change to improve the current process environment.
Train and guide the team on process design improvements.
Ensure full integration of all IT process and linkage to best practices.
Provide technical and analytical support on various process strategies.
Support Team in Internal assessments and closure of observations.
Publishing process KPI and overall process health check.
Manage multiple projects or initiatives at one time.
Team management and must win attitude in matrix organization

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills and Capabilities (Primary - Must have)

8+ years experience on IT Processes designing, documentation and maintenance
Should have worked in process mature production environments handling 24x7 support
Vendor / Partner Management skills

Technical Skills and Capabilities (Secondary - Nice to have)

Certification : ISO 27001, ISO 22301
