Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a Lead Software Quality Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Pricepoint applications. This role will emphasize automation testing for UI, integration, non-functional aspects, and exploratory testing while leading quality initiatives and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain automated UI tests for the CPQ and Pricepoint applications. • Conduct integration testing to ensure smooth interactions between system components. • Perform non-functional testing, including performance, security, and usability assessments. • Execute exploratory testing to identify potential issues and enhance user experience. • Verify user stories against acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive documentation of results. • Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution. • Collaborate with development teams to create comprehensive testing strategies and improve testing processes. • Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced quality engineers, promoting best practices in testing. • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Strong experience in C# and advanced knowledge of software testing methodologies. • Proficient in automation testing tools for UI and integration testing. • Familiarity with Playwright, Selenium, or similar technologies is highly desirable. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively. • Proven ability to lead initiatives and collaborate in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills and Education: • Experience with performance testing and CI/CD pipelines. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience: • A minimum of 8 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, with at least 2 years in lead role
