Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to join our quality control team. The candidate will assist in conducting construction material testing (concrete, soil, aggregates, bitumen, etc.) and ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting. Freshers with ITI/Diploma and basic lab knowledge are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site and laboratory tests for:
• Concrete (slump test, cube casting, compressive strength)
• Soil (moisture content, compaction test, sieve analysis)
• Aggregates (gradation, impact, water absorption)
• Bitumen (penetration, ductility)
• Assist QA/QC engineer in test result recording and reporting.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure calibration.
• Follow safety and cleanliness protocols in the lab.
• Support daily site activities with sample collection and testing.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Lab Technician.
• Experience: 0–3 years in construction material testing (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of IS Codes used in construction lab testing.
• Ability to handle lab equipment like CTM, oven, balance, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,778.96 - ₹20,473.75 per month
