Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily laboratory operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to protocols.
• Supervise and mentor laboratory staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Oversee the implementation of clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct quality control checks and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare and review laboratory reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research initiatives and project goals.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in biochemistry and clinical research methodologies.
• Ensure the laboratory maintains a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular training sessions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Biochemistry, Clinical Research, or a related field.
• 3 to 8 years of relevant work experience in a laboratory setting.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research methodologies and biochemistry principles.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work on-site during day shifts.
