Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally and assist in internal financial tasks. Understand and operate company ERP software to a proficient level. Provide remote support to customers on using ERP for accounting, billing, GST, stock, and order tracking. Conduct on-site visits for training, troubleshooting, and implementation support. Communicate clearly with customers to understand their issues and guide them with solutions. Log support queries and coordinate with the internal technical team for escalations. Assist in onboarding new clients with training sessions and documentation. Support the internal team with reports, reconciliations, and financial MIS. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and clear resolution of queries. Skills & Qualifications: B.Com, M.Com or equivalent background in finance/accounting. Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime is a must. Strong understanding of accounting concepts, GST, and invoicing. Good command over English and regional languages. Confident verbal communication and customer handling skills. Quick learner with good memory recall and attention to detail. Comfortable with basic software and mobile apps. Willing to travel for customer visits when required. Ability to explain concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.

Mobile App Deployment Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Build, package, and deploy Android and iOS apps to the respective app stores. Manage Play Console and App Store Connect accounts, including provisioning profiles, certificates, keystores, and signing keys. Handle app signing, versioning, release notes, and rollout plans. Ensure all submissions are compliant with current store guidelines and legal requirements. Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA to prepare release-ready builds. Manage store assets: app listings, descriptions, screenshots, icons, and promotional media. Monitor releases post-deployment for crashes, performance issues, and user feedback. Troubleshoot rejections or compliance issues from Google or Apple. Optimize and, where applicable, automate deployment workflows using CI/CD tools. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience deploying apps to both the Play Store and App Store. Proficiency in Android Studio , Xcode , and platforms like App Store Connect and Google Play Console . Strong understanding of certificates, provisioning profiles, app signing, and code signing workflows. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Fastlane , Bitrise , GitHub Actions , etc.). Familiarity with hybrid or cross-platform frameworks like Ionic , React Native , or Flutter . Knowledge of store review guidelines, submission processes, and resolution of app rejections. Working knowledge of tools like Firebase , Crashlytics , and App Store Analytics . Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 13 years of experience in mobile app deployment, release engineering, or mobile development. Experience with phased rollouts, A/B testing, and store listing optimization.
