I have purchased a flat in kulecoloch. Possession of my flat was due on 9/2015. I have all dues but It is not giving me possession. They take money latter they don't give possession. Quality of construction is very poor also

Do not buy flat with Kumar builders they are bankrupt. I invested my money in kul nation and all my money is stuck. Possession was promised till 2016 end but construction of tower has not even started.

I chose to book a 3 BHK flat at KUL Ecoloch at Balewadi because it is located close to Hinjewadi IT Park. The best thing I liked about this project is its location and amazing amenities. The green and non-polluted environment is simply great.
