The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, assessing their loan needs, and guiding them through the loan application process. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and a strong understanding of various loan products. Key Responsibilities:Proactively generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals. Explain and promote various loan products: personal loans, home loans, business loans, and loan against property (LAP). Understand customer requirements, assess eligibility, and offer suitable loan solutions. Collect and verify customer documents and ensure smooth processing with internal teams. Maintain strong follow-up and convert leads into successful disbursals. Build long-term relationships with clients and provide after-sales support. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with product knowledge, interest rates, and market trends.
