Job Description - Senior Agentic AI Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Agentic AI Specialist to join our AI Innovation Centre. This role requires a strong foundation in Agentic AI systems and practical experience in deploying real world AI agents across multiple business domains. The ideal candidate will have successfully designed, implemented, and scaled AI agents using Microsoft AI and cloud services for multiple customers. A deep understanding of latest cutting edge Gen AI models is essential. Given the rapidly evolving nature of Agentic AI and Gen AI technologies, the candidate should be well versed with the latest advancements, research, and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and implement intelligent AI agents that can perform autonomous tasks across enterprise use cases. · Architect and deploy agentic AI systems using various ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent service, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Power Platform, Cognitive Services, SAP Joule, Salesforce Agentforce, Google AgentSpace, AWS Q etc ). · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define business opportunities for agentic automation across client business processes. · Build scalable, secure, and resilient multi agent systems that leverage GenAI capabilities for business impact. · Integrate Agentic AI systems with existing enterprise applications and workflows (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics ERP, CRM, SAP, Salesforce etc). · Create and maintain reusable tools and frameworks for building and deploying agent based architectures. · Stay current on developments in the GenAI and Agentic AI landscape (e.g., Light RAG, KAG, GRAG, MCP, A2A, AutoGPT, BabyAGI, LangChain Agents, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, etc.). · Deliver customer-facing PoCs, pilots, and full-scale implementations, ensuring high ROI and adoption. · Document architecture decisions, implementation details, and develop knowledge transfer materials for clients. · Guide and mentor junior AI engineers on agent based design patterns and best practices. Required Qualifications: · Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields. · 3+ years of hands-on experience building agentic or autonomous AI solutions in production environments. · Proven track record of deploying AI agents for multiple business clients, preferably within consulting or solution delivery organizations. · Deep expertise with GenAI models (e.g., GPT-4x, Claude, Gemini, LlaMA etc) and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel etc). · Strong knowledge and practical use of Microsoft AI ecosystem – e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI agent Service, Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure ML, Power Automate, Power Apps with AI Builder, Graph APIs etc · Experience designing agent workflows that combine tools, memory, reasoning, and planning including industry standard protocols e.g., MCP, A2A etc · Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), Light RAG, KAG, GRAG etc. · Strong programming skills in Python & associated AI libraries, with experience in prompt engineering and model orchestration. · Experience in industrialized deployment of AI solutions preferably in Microsoft Azure, including knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable. · Experience with multi agent orchestration (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen, Samantic Kernel etc). · Knowledge of advanced planning algorithms or cognitive architectures. · Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and data integration pipelines. · Exposure to industry-specific use cases (e.g., Manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, Retail). · Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to work directly with enterprise clients. · Certifications in Microsoft Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric are a plus.
