About the role: We are seeking a committed Enterprise Sales Executive with a successful background in sales and account management, ideally within open source or similar enterprise software environments. In this role, you will be a key driver of our growth strategy, directly impacting the stability and expansion of our recurring revenue. This position is ideal for a sales professional who has experience in landing new clients, retaining existing customers, and driving account expansion for early-stage enterprise products in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting. What You'll Be Doing: -Develop and execute sales strategies to target enterprise customers, focusing on building and maintaining a robust pipeline that drives long-term growth. Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to contract negotiations and closing deals, while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. -Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless sales experience and alignment on customer needs. About the role: Kong is seeking a full-time, onsite India Workplace Supervisor and Site Assistant to oversee daily office operations, manage office spaces, enhance employee experience, and provide comprehensive support to our India Site Leader across the region. This role will collaborate closely with the India Site Leader, Procurement, IT, and local employees to streamline processes, uphold policies, manage office requirements, oversee vendor relationships, and cultivate a positive workplace culture. Site Leader Support Manage the complex and demanding calendar of the India Site Leader, including scheduling national and international travel, and serving as a general manager for all site-related matters. Coordinate and schedule critical meetings, ensuring seamless calendar management. Organize logistics, agendas, and content for meetings, conferences, and special events, including executive and departmental meetings held weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Arrange visits for external guests, acting as the face of Kong to ensure a welcoming experience. Oversee travel arrangements and ensure timely, accurate expense reporting for the Site Leader. We are seeking a dedicated CX Business Ops Analyst with a proven track record in Professional Services or Customer Success data analysis, ideally with experience in enterprise software environments. As a member of the Customer Experience (CX) Operations team, you will support the CX (Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, Education) organizations growth and optimization, while sitting in the broader Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interface with everyone in the CX team as you build our internal analytics to help guide CX team members to deliver maximum value to Kong customers. You will support both strategic and tactical initiatives and will function as the primary CX Ops point of contact for all data, reporting, and analytics questions on a day-to-day basis. What you'll be doing: - Work across SQL data warehouses (Snowflake and Bigquery), Tableau, Google Sheets, and Google Slides depending on the nature of the analysis and reporting. We use ETL and reverse ETL technologies to update our CRM and data warehouses and organize data transformations with DBT. - Create, maintain, analyze, and present reports, metrics, and dashboards across all levels and roles of the CX team. - Build and maintain slide decks for key CX Cadences (QBRs, All-Hands, Board Decks,.) - Build and maintain the CX data dictionary and reporting suite for all roles and levels of CX. - Analyze, model, and forecast Professional Services KPIs for internal and external resources. - Own the user adoption and documentation of CX analytics. - Manage CX team inquiries and ad-hoc requests across data, reporting, and analytics. - Help improve customer data points and run projects as necessary to ensure data integrity.
