Job Summary: The Real Estate Pre-Sales Executive at Kishor Developers will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, playing a pivotal role in the crucial early stages of our sales cycle. This position requires a highly motivated, articulate, and customer-centric individual who can effectively communicate the value proposition of Kishor Developers' projects, address client queries, and meticulously qualify leads for our seasoned sales team. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification:Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming inquiries via phone calls, emails, website leads, and walk-ins. Conduct thorough initial needs assessments to understand client requirements, preferences, and investment potential. Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, location preferences, and alignment with Kishor Developers' project offerings. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate, detailed, and timely lead information. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Provide comprehensive and engaging information about Kishor Developers' current and upcoming projects, including features, amenities, floor plans, pricing, and payment schedules. Organize and conduct insightful site visits and property tours for prospective clients, effectively highlighting key selling points and the quality craftsmanship synonymous with Kishor Developers. Address all client queries and concerns with professionalism, patience, and in-depth product knowledge. Build strong rapport and establish trust with potential buyers, reflecting the reliability of the Kishor Developers brand. Market Knowledge & Presentation: Stay continuously updated on Pune's real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to provide informed insights to clients. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that effectively showcase the unique features and benefits of Kishor Developers' properties. Assist in the development and refinement of sales collateral and marketing materials. Collaboration & Reporting:Work closely and seamlessly with the sales team to ensure a smooth and effective handover of highly qualified leads. Provide regular, detailed reports on lead generation activities, qualification status, and conversion metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns. Participate actively in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and market understanding. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in real estate pre-sales, tele-sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the real estate sector in Pune. Skills:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi. Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, with an ability to build immediate rapport. A keen understanding and ability to articulate complex property information and investment benefits. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A genuine customer-centric approach with a passion for helping clients find their ideal home or commercial space.
