Role Context:Khan Global Studies, an Ed-tech is seeking talented and experienced Academic Manager to join our Banking team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage the overall activities of our Banking vertical, and create effective strategies to engage a large number of students for long term. Responsibilities:Ø Manage and oversee the operations of the Banking category batches at Khan Global Studies in Noida.Ø Maintaining FCMS (Faculty Cum Management System). Batch arrangements with faculties and maintain the hours per subject.Ø Maintenance of lectures calendar and students’ details.Ø Handling reports and data of the academy along with track of individual students as per each subject.Ø Collaborate with faculties and subject matter experts to create course content and study materials specifically designed for Banking exams.Ø Organize and manage mock tests and practice sessions tailored to Banking exam patterns and requirements.Ø Handling of academic block and marinating relationship with the faculties and handouts for all the batches.Ø Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract more students to the Banking batches.Ø Preparation of academic planner according to the priority of the subject. Qualifications:Ø Proven experience in teaching, academic operations, or mentoring students preparing for Banking exams.Ø Bachelor's degree in a respected stream. A master's degree is preferred.Ø Must have qualified Banking Exams [e.g. SBI – PO/SO/Clerk, IBPS – PO/SO/Clerk/RRB, RBI Officer & NABARD]Ø Strong knowledge and understanding of the Banking exam pattern, syllabus, and preparation strategies. Requirements:Ø Desired candidate must be updated with the latest trends and changes in the Banking exams, including syllabus updates and exam pattern changes.Ø Must know how to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Ø Passionate for education, technology, and fostering a culture of excellence.Ø Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ø Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

ACADEMIC MANAGER - NEET/JEE DIVISION Responsibilities:- Manage and improve curriculum development and ensure its proper implementation. Guide and support teachers to achieve the best academic outcomes. Ensure all teaching and content Meet educational standards & guidelines. Work with Subject Matter Experts to create high-quality content for NEET/JEE students. Plan and organize academic activities for batches, focusing on student satisfaction. Set up a system to track and improve student performance, ensuring alignment with NEET/JEE standards. Qualifications:- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the education sector, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to innovate and motivate teams. Polite, humble, and approachable in interactions with educators.
