Keventer Realty is seeking dynamic and experienced Presales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate sales support and lead management. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and ensuring a seamless transition to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms. Pre-qualify leads and assess customer requirements before passing them to the sales team. Maintain and update CRM systems with lead details, status, and follow-ups. Engage with prospective clients to build interest and trust in Keventer Realty projects. Coordinate with the marketing team to understand campaign performance and lead sources. Provide project information, pricing details, and schedule site visits in coordination with the sales team. Follow up with leads regularly and maintain high conversion potential. Assist in reporting presales performance metrics and suggesting process improvements. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate, preferably in presales or telesales. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Farvision, Salesforce, LeadSquared, or similar). Ability to handle a high volume of leads and multitask efficiently. Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Why Join Us?
