Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

Assist in day-to-day supervision of construction activities.
Monitor contractors, labor, and sub-contractors.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Technical Support:

Interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Ensure the availability and proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular quality checks.
Report deviations or issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain daily site reports and activity logs.
Assist in measurement sheets, material records, and progress reports.

Coordination:

Coordinate with the design team, contractors, and suppliers.
Assist in material planning and delivery follow-up.

Health & Safety:

Follow and enforce safety protocols on site.
Report hazards and participate in safety meetings.
